She is also the Founder-Director of CuroDreams Consultancy, extending her services in recruitments and placements. She has an extensive experience of more than 15 years in industry, training and education sector. She is also a Certified Life Coach, and mentor’s young professional in developing positive perceptions, and helps in holistic personality development of individuals. She pursued B.E Honors in Electronics & Communication and was awarded with Gold Medal for topping the University. She completed her Masters in Technology (MTech), as well as in Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She has published 6 Technical Papers in National & International Conferences & Journals. She is WICCI Council Member- Learning & Development; and Secretary of Education & Training Wing of GKC Jaipur.

Starting from her role as a Design and Development Engineer in Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd. In 2007, she further got associated as the Foundation Committee Member of Poornima University, Jaipur for its establishment in year 2012. She worked as the Academic Planning Coordinator and played a crucial role in design and development of syllabus and schemes, academic guidelines and policies for various academic and administrative processes, and ensuring orientation of new faculty and students to align with. Further to this she served as the Training & Placement Officer at Poornima University and then as Training Head, Poornima Group, Jaipur. This extensive Career Journey has empowered her to understand the accurate needs and requirements of the students and professionals. She is a Mentor and Guide for Youth to frame the most suitable career based upon their skills and abilities and Interests.
